This beginner-friendly class introduces the fundamentals of mace movement, combining dynamic sequences with breath, balance, and control. Through yoga-inspired flows and strength-building drills, you'll cultivate stamina, endurance, and alignment, developing a deeper connection to both body and mind.All levels are welcome—come ready to move, challenge yourself, and tap into a newfound sense of strength and empowerment.
Bio: Robyn has over 12 years of movement coaching experience, from Yoga, to Dance, to strength and conditioning. She specializes in working with tools such as the steel mace to help people find ways to move in their bodies that empower, heal, and cultivate more joy. She has over 500 hours of official yoga training, is certified strength and condition coach and is a master coach in steel mace vinyasa! She works with all bodies and ages but she specializes in Pre and Post natal wellness as she is also a birth doula! Robyn believes in the power of movement and intention to heal, grow and transform us into the people we want to see in the world.
