Dr. Thomas

Yoga Instructor

Dr. Thomas is a sports chiropractor with 30 years of experience, a somatic soundscape artist, and wellness educator. As a life-long musician and vocalist, he facilitates immersive sound bath experiences using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, piano and voice to support nervous system regulation and emotional balance. His sessions blend somatic healing with spiritual restoration, often incorporating guided meditation, storytelling, and biblical parables. With a heart-centered approach, Dr. Thomas helps individuals reconnect with peace, purpose, and divine alignment.

Somatic soundscapes are immersive audio environments designed to engage the body as much as the mind, fostering a deeply felt, physical experience of sound. The word “somatic” comes from the Greek soma, meaning "body," and refers to practices that connect awareness, healing, and presence through the physical body.

A full definition:

Somatic soundscapes are therapeutic or artistic compositions that blend ambient sound, music, breath, and sometimes guided verbal cues to activate the body’s sensory awareness, calm the nervous system, and promote embodiment, healing, or transformation. They are intentionally crafted to evoke sensations, emotions, and bodily responses — often used in practices like meditation, yoga, sound healing, trauma release, or movement therapy.
