Kemetic Yoga
Kemetic Yoga is based on the principles and sacred sciences of ancient Egyptian. The practice emphasizes physical alignment, controlled deep breathing, and meditation. Rooted in the principles of Ma'at, it focuses on achieving harmony and balance within the body and mind. This practice involves a series of geometric postures that mimic the poses found in ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs, enhancing flexibility and strength. Kemetic Yoga is not just a physical exercise but a spiritual journey that connects practitioners to their inner selves and the wisdom of ancient Africa.
Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and rigorous form of yoga that synchronizes breath with a progressive series of postures. This practice is known for its structured sequences and consistent routine, designed to build strength, flexibility, and stamina. Through its disciplined approach and meditative flow, Ashtanga Yoga promotes mental clarity and inner peace. Each class typically begins with sun salutations and advances through the set sequence, making it a transformative journey for both body and mind.
